I wanted to let you know that I’ll be reading from and discussing my memoir, Passage From England, at the Woodland Hills Library on Saturday, August 6th at 11:00 a.m. If you missed the presentation I gave at the Thousand Oaks library a few weeks ago, I hope you’ll be able to attend this one. I’ll talk about my writing process, including creating character, theme, structure, style, voice, language, etc. I know that sounds a bit professorial, but I promise the hour will be lively, funny, and informative or I’ll give you your money back. Wait a minute…of course the presentation is free.

I’ll also talk about my experience with the revolutionary world of self-publishing in today’s digital age. Needless to say, the paradigm shift in the relationship between artist and audience that has occurred in the music, film, and now publishing industry is fundamentally changing the way we create and consume the art of our generation.

Here’s flyer with the details. I hope to see you there, and please tell a friend about it. Heck, tell a couple of friends and plan a lunch date after the discussion.  Cheers!
